Pure Body Luxe aspires to update the website at all times, but in case of sold out items, price changes or other unintentional errors we will not be held liable.
Until the order is in your hands, Pure Body Luxe has the responsibility of the products, but as soon as the product is handed to you, you will become the responsible owner of the parcel. We will not be held liable if the product is damaged in your possession.
Pure Body Luxe will maintain the full ownership of the products until full payment has been obtained.
It is prohibited to use any product images, product designs, product names or trademarks presented on this site without prior written consent from Pure Cosmetica Pty Ltd.
Pure Body Luxe reserves the right to change and update the rules and conditions applicable to this website. It is therefore important that you keep yourself informed of any changes.
We would love to send you a Sample of the product once you have purchased a product. Please request a Sample in the Notes section in your Cart. It is limited to one 5ml sample per order per shipping address. Shortly, we will be allowing people to purchase Samples. To keep yourself informed about this, please subscribe to our Mailing List.
Currently, we are only shipping to residents within Australia.
Christmas Shipping & Gift Wrapping
Terms & Conditions: Provided that you purchase before 11:00am on Thursday 20th December, 2018 (AEST), we will use our best endeavours to ship your parcel via Express Post service to Eligible Destinations within Australia by 24th December, 2018 via Australia Post Express Post Shipping Service. However, we reserve the right to use other delivery service providers if we believe their is a better service to meet the Christmas deadline. As we are using a third party delivery service to deliver your parcel, we cannot guarantee that we can meet the delivery deadline. In this event, we will not refund your purchase even if the parcel is delivered after Christmas, sorry.
